About a month ago i asked a ? about installing a #1543bbk on my buddy 93ta w/6spd,that i had on my 94.Well he ph.bbk and they told him he needs #1540 and just to be sure tries 1543 on his and the linkage etc. is different,thus he can,t use it.I,m just clarifying,updating anyone who has tried this;hope this helps.

 

The 1993 LT1 needs a throttle body with TV cable provisions if it is an automatic. I figured that if it were a six-speed it would not matter.
