I've had 3.42, 3.55, 3.73, and 4.10's in my car.
So far I like the 3.42's the best, but I'm still topping out in 4th gear before the traps.
So, I would recommend 3.42's or 3.55's with your setup. They should be great with the RPM's you will be shifting at (I'm guessing 6,500 or so?)
The 4.10's and 3.73's were nearly useless. I could only see them usefull with a 28in tire.

I'll be going with the 3.42s. From yours and others real life experience, sounds like I don't want any part of the 4.10s

Well..
I have the 4.11s and my last dyno was 555 at 8psi boost 517torque... I am running 10 psi now with no problems and even more timing so I gues I should be at the 600rwhp level.
Here is my OPINION...
They are GREAT...
1st gear is useless..
2nd gear is semi useless..
3rd gear I dont spin the tires
4th gear is a bit short
5th gear... DAMN!!! I LOVE THE 4.11.. gets me to 150 in a snap...
6th gear 70mph @2000rpm so its ok... and accelerates pretty darn fast without downshifting...
When I street race.. I usually roll from 25mph and I roll on second.. with a slight modulation.. I just pull very very hard on the street.. 3rd gear is awesome and 4th gear is a bit short for the track but its really really awesome too...
FWIW.. I wanted to change my 5th gear to that of the z06 that has a .84 IIRC to get me to 150mph at top speed... That is a bit expensive and I dont want to open up my tranny.. so I chenged to the 4.11 in search of that...
On city driving.. is nice.. its very easy to start moving and makes the car feel very light..
even with 555rwhp the car seemed pretty slow (to me) in 5th gear with the 3.42s...
This is just my opinion.. and for a car that wont see track use I dont see where the problem lies...
I made a thread on which gears and everybody told me the 4.10s now noone seems to support them??
Will I go back to the 3.42s? Only if i get my hands on an M29 tranny....
I like them very very much... and I will get the reacelogic system...
If you see from jimlab, he has more multiplication than the 4.11s and he has them.. The Racelogic system wouldn't hurt though and I am planning on buying one, but not soon...
If you have a redline at 6400 has more potential... I dont know wether or not the 3.73 is what I would do since it would compliment perfectly my rev setup, but I wont get me as fast to 150mph...
besides.. if you go to the track.. you will need the 28" tires anyways with that power.. so the 4.11 would be the choice there too...

As said ealier it depends more on what your gonna be turning, when your cam will be most powerfull, and tire size. Is it just me but i think 2.73, 3.23, 3.42 ratios spin more than the lower gears because once they start they dont wanna stop?

I know Highlander said it makes the car feel lighter. Well, in general, the heavier the car, the more gear it can use, ie higher numerically like 4.10's. Our 4th gens are heavy.
In one of the books I have, "How to hotrod your Buick V6", they used an example of switching from 2.41 gears to 3.73.
The 3.73's caused a torque increase of 55% to the rear wheels and at a lower road speed. The maximum vehicle top speed was only reduced by 8 mph, a 6% loss.
Also, they show that switching from a 3.42 to a 4.10 would result in a 20% increase in torque to the rear wheels.
