93 to 95 Instrument Cluster I've searched already

Im selling a 95 Instrument Cluster right now and the guy has a question for me about it can someone help me out with the answer??? Now I already know that the tire change and power programmer will not make a diffrence but is it just plug and play other than that???

"I own a 94 Z-28 Camaro. The Speedometer I have in the car right now only goes up to 115 mph. My question is... Will this speedometer work if I was to switch it out with the old one? Also would power programmers, different wheel and tire sizes, and gears have any other effect on it."

It will work. I swaped a 93 150 mph. cluster into my 94 115 mph. just because I wanted the yellow numbers. No problem. You can even swap your odometer from one car to another so you keep the same mileage. 93 to 96 only. They changed the clusters in 97.
