Best thing to do is replace the radiator, but I would try to repair the crack (I can be cheap as heck;-). Sand the plastic at the crack inside and outside. Use some two-part epoxy on the inside and outside of the neck and put a screw-type hose clamp around it to allow it to set tight. Leave the hose clamp there forever. Never done this myself, but might work.

theres a hair line crack on the neck the sensor pushes into ?? im guessing just old and someone had to big seals at onetime and put lil crack in it ? ive only had cars 3 days i went spent 50 bucks got new sensor with right seals it popped right into it fine took some jp sealing put it on top the crack letting it sit overnight i pray its stopped

If the tank is cracked, a repair is going to be iffy. The system relief pressure is 18 psi, which is pretty high. If it is the original radiator, it is near time for replacement anyway. The plastic tanks don't last forever.
