94 z28 Good Spark No Fire

I have a 94 z28 and It seems to have spark and the fuel pump turns on. It only has 62,000 miles and I have replaced the following:
Plugs
Coil Pack
Plug Wires
Flushed Out Gas Tank
Coil
Fuel Filter

I spray ether and it starts just barely. May I of followed out the new plugs cranking it over and over? I have no check engine light on and it reads no codes. Any help would be great! Thanks!

It might be a bizarre question to you, but it doesn't have anything to do at all the least bit with the alternator does it?

Check your ignition module which is under your coil.

It's brand new. Could I have fouled out the plugs possibly? Wouldnt a bad ignition module stop the car from even cranking?

A bad module would just crank over but not start up.

As for the alternator it would just drain down the battery, then you wouldnt have enough juice to crank it up.

Re: 94 z28 Good Spark No Fire

I really dont know for sure if there is a test beside some type of electrical test to it. I was lucky to have many spare parts and swap out parts when I was trouble shooting. As for bad gas it's hard to say. Since i'm in the Navy there many time I left my cars sitting for over 6 months with the same gas in the tank when I returned.

If you got it from the GM dealer just take it back, they might replace it. If it's still under warranty. I belive it's about $50 for the part.
