95 LT1 Fuel Pressure

Re: 95 LT1 Fuel Pressure
GM spec for pressure with vacuum line off is 42 - 47 PSI.
When the vacuum line is reattached, with a stock cam the pressure will drop 8 - 10 PSI below the no vacuum pressure.
You're on the high side, but within spec. As a result of the higher than normal pressure (43.5 PSI) for rating fuel injectors, the injectors will flow about 3.9% more fuel than they are rated for. But that is within the ability of the PCM to correct using the long term fuel trims. Nothing to be concerned about.
I would ask are you using the stock fuel pressure regulator? Are you running a stock capacity fuel pump?

Re: 95 LT1 Fuel Pressure
You really need to add a “signature” with basic info about your setup, particularly since it isn’t a Camaro. Makes it a lot easier for us to help you.

Also appears you may have incorporated the self-bleeding coolant system from a Corvette. Is that correct? That is a significant difference from the F-Body setup.

Re: 95 LT1 Fuel Pressure
According to CARB(California Air Resources Board), it is and tests as a Camaro. When doing a swap they require that the drive train remain intact from the engine to the end of CATS(Catalytic Converters). Camaro in Jeep clothing, so to speak. Anyway, I get it-I'll move off this forum. As it was LT1 Based Engine Tech and 1993-1997 LT1 Engine related I thought I would get some good info.
Thank you.
On the setup, if you are referring to the aluminum tank in the upper left, that's the coolant tank. Using Evans Coolant.

I'm not telling you to get off the forum. Not sure how you reached that conclusion. I apologize if it was something I said.
I was simply telling you that you would get more accurate and timely help HERE ON THIS SITE, if you added a signature so we know what we are dealing with when you need help.

Did you click on the link I included in post #3? It tells you everything you need to know about a signature.
https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/lt1...nature-879835/
An example of a "signature".... look at the bottom of this post, below the horizontal line. It tells you everything you need to know about my car. Someone trying to help me would know that the engine is highly modified, the drivetrain is highly modified, etc., so they could address my needs without assuming it is a basically stock vehicle.. Another example - if you don't have a signature, and asked for help with a cooling system problem, you would get responses based on a stock Camaro/Firebird LT1 cooling system. But you appear to have the Corvette self-bleeding system, which is a different animal.
I'm currently helping someone with an LT1 in a Mazda RX-7. He has that info in his signature:
