95 z28 low idle bogging

95 z28 low idle bogging

my 95 camaro z28 had a misfire so i replaced the plugs wires cap and rotor ans well as the water pump bled the system 5 times, and now every time i step on the gas it boggs down between 2000 and 2500 rpm then it runs fine but i cannot go into 6th gear on the highway at 80 if i try to use 6th it will bogg down and shack violently my check engine lights on but i dont know how to check it cause of the whole obd 1 to 2 switch.

You scan a 95 with an OBD-I scanner, hopefully equipped with the 12-pin to 16-pin adapter. If you don't have the adapter, Shoebox shows you how to jumper the wires from a 12-pin OBD-I scanner to your 16-pin ALDL connector:
