Clogged radiator? I had a problem with my car overheating while driving. Once I came to a stop, it would cool down. I felt around the top of the radiator and it was hot, but the bottom was cool. Removed it and the bottom was filled with junk. I replaced it with a new one and it stays right at 175/180 with a 160* thermostat.
