96 F-body Hypertech work for 97 F-body?
Hi,
Im wondering if a hypertech power programmer III for a 96 f-body works for a 97 F-body or a 96 corvette? If anyone has any info please let me know! Greatly appreciated thanks,

i would take a guess and say YES because they both are OBDII. But I could be wrong about my assumption.

I was told that they are year spacific and will not work with 2 different years.

When I had one for my 97 it worked on my buddies 96. When you turned it on mine said 96/97 lt1.
