Angry abs and e-brake light

ok my abs and e-brake light are both on but when i step on the break and start the car the will go off until i release the break. ive already had my mechanic pull the codes on it and it was sayin that one of the relays/ or the fuses were not working. but he ran a test on them and they appeared to be workin fine so right now im pretty much cluesless. all the brake lights are on and the the toggle switch for the e-brake is working from the tests ive done on it. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We need to know the codes. I had a code for months. Finally spent some time tourbleshooting, turned out to be a bad BCM. Dealer cost as high as $700.00 Went to a local Junk yard and got one for $25.00 The point is the code said one thing but when tested it was ok so only thing left was BCM. Won't know yours until we know the codes.
