Abs INOP light on....sometimes

Yes, it is true about the brake lights causing the ABS not to work. My spoiler light used to fill up with water and caused the light bulbs to go out and the connector corroded. I just cut the sockets off till i could get some new ones. Now my ABS will not work, actually neither does my cruise control. I asked a friend at a dealer ship and he confirmed that the brake light causing this it true.

Checked my brake lights....driver side bulb in my spoiler was burnt out. Tada, no more ABS light...hopefully

yeah just checked mine too....3rd brake light is out....easy enough
