after opti change

I changed my opti-crap a few months ago and now when I go to start the motor the voltage drops into the low range and the car barely runs with the gas petal to the floor. It`s as if I have something draining the volts when I start it. I have replaced the battery, coil, ignition coil module, the wireing harness that plugs into the opti-crap and even taken the opti off and replacing it with another new one with the same results. I have checked the positive wire plastic housing mounted on the pass. side wheel well along with the ground wires located in the same area. I`ve checked and double checked my plug wires and any other electrcal wires around the opti-crap area. All of my ground wires are bolted on the coil bracket. I also took my alternator off and had it checked. Help me if you can, I miss my 6-speed LT-1.

The starter kicks right off when it is suppose to. The car just barely runs and it seems like the injectors are not getting enough volts? My volts drop when I start it.

I`ve checked all my fuses over and over again. Time for me to go to work. Thanks, any other ideas and I will check back tonight at 3:30 when I get off tonight.
