Time for EGR and AIR deletion But for your issue, i dont see why i a higher amperage fuse will hurt anything, i can understand it being lower and causing a problem, but higher shouldn't do anything. Guys, am i right on this one?

Ok Dude, how you a woman know right? Well I know and there is nothing wrong with having your amps to high i think it is better being higher than lower cuz lower will only cause problems so hope goes well

You = Teh Gramar

A lower amp fuse will not handle the proper current needed for the application, therefore blowing the fuse.
Be careful of higher amp fuses though as they could be pointing to another problem, such as something wrong with the air pump, blowing the correct fuse. Then someone installs a higher amp fuse to cover up the actual problem, which could lead to AIR pump failure, or even over loaded and burnt wires.

My opinion, don't worry about it since it's only 25 amp

If the car had the factory TSB for the wiring harness for the air pump, then the fuse was replaced with a 25 amp. You could look to see if a new heavier guage wire was run to the airpump (it should have been). I had the TSB done after blowing fuses and replacing the airpump on my 1995. I don't know if this TSB covered 1994 cars also. I have a copy of the TSB if anyone would like a copy (which I scanned into a Word document). I will be removing all of this (Air pump and EGR) during my upcoming longtube install .
