Aluminum driveshaft.

My u joints went on my Camaro, so rather than just replacing them, I wanted to get an aluminum driveshaft also. So I called the local parts store and tried to get a driveshaft from a '98 Camaro, no of them can get it. They said call the junkyard, but no junkyards around here have cars that new. Where does everyone get there aluminum driveshafts? The dealer? What do they usually run in price also? Thank you in advance for any help.
