another RR question

another RR question

So if i put RR on my car, I should replace my valve springs? Why is that? (im just curious, cuz i asked my friend who works at a pontiac dealership and he said i shouldn't have too, if i put a cam in then i could understand) when i had my heads cleaned up about 8 mo. ago they guy told me they were still good,

RR of the same ratio-no problem. If you increase the ratio, then you need to consider the springs to make sure you don't have coil bind.
