Anybody have a noisy ED timing set, possibly the w.p. gear?

I've got a noise I can just barely hear at idle only, at the front of the engine. Kind of a knock, or gurgle sound. No other symptoms. Havn't listened w/a stethascope yet but I wondered if anyone else had or suspected a noisy timing set.
Its a new ED set, origingally installed with a mechanical w.p. this summer durring a heads/cam build up. However, I recently installed a CSI.
I searched and found this thread http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...t=extreme+duty
And thought uh-oh, but maybe they just loosen up and get noisy especially with a big cam.
