I got a rear end that didnt have the sensor that goes on the top of the rear end for non tcs with abs cars (singe reluctor in case)

10456115. Before you go replacing it, have you checked for continuity from the sensor to the EBCM? Remember the signal has to go through 2 connections. C405 is outside the body, behind the seat above the axle. The other is C200 and is located between the kick panel and the column on the drivers side. It's the large connector with a bolt in it. Of course the EBCM is above the drivers left foot.

Also, if you haven't already done so. Pull it out and check for metal filings which could alter its operation. Be sure to get it tight enough when you put it back in as this could alter its clearance and it might not read correctly.
