check your thermostat.could be stuck open not allowing your coolant to heat up.

yeah its most likely your heater core. try takeing it out and haveing it flushed before you shell out the money for a new one. that is what I did and it worked just fine.

You don't have to take it out to flush it. Just uncork the hoses and flush it both ways with the garden hose.

Check your coolant, maybe you have a leak and now it's low. That also would cause your heat problem. Also if you've done anything recently to your cooling system, make sure you get all the air out of the system.

You will probably need to twist the hose to break the seal.

There's no seal on it, it's like that because it's been attatched so long and the moisture gets to the rubber and causes it to stick.

oh, yeah, i had to add some coolant cause it was low not too long ago. in the engine bay there was a warning that said a special procedure on how to take care of the cooling system can be found in the owners manual. unfortunately i don't have the manual. Does that have something to do with getting all the air out when putting in fluid?? if so, what is the proper service procedure for our cooling systems?

there is a pic of what the thermostat looks like and where it is located. just incase you cant tell its located under your air bellow and throttle body. and the heater core is located behind your glove box. its a pain in the a$$.

What I meant by "seal", is that the hose has sealed itself onto the core pipe. Sometimes giving the hose a twist will snap it loose.

Here is a site about flushing the core.

The heater core is like a little radiator (with no radiator cap )
