I think there were problems with the run 360/402 at those rpms is not realistic numbers.

I have a graph that shows my old ZZ4 cam only setup making 509rwtq, doesn't mean it really made that.

Far as the guy who said a 503 is a "baby" cam, might want to get a clue, that is actually pretty close to the durations of what I am running, you do NOT want to go much bigger on a stock shortblock.

^^^I agree! No way are those numbers realistic at those RPM's with a cam that size. Especially the fact that you were on a Mustang dyno and those are known to dyno lower than a Dynojet. IMO those sound like engine dyno numbers. As for my guess I'd say no more than 380rwhp.

i dynoed it three times and they were all consistent. and as far as not being able to make that kind of power out of that cam. LOL if you have done your homework such as i have!! you can make a cam like this make power like that!!! my heads really high really low(i spent over 100 hours on these particular heads getting them perfect for the cam specs of the 503) now if you dont beleive me thats one thing, but this is no joke we will see what it runs at the track. but i did race my buddys 04 cobra yesterday cia and exhaust (not exactly a 1/4 mile but i outran him by 1 car link) from a 10 roll although he did start to ketch up on the top end but neither of us spun!!! and i knoww the lay down 380 stock

Yep, and it's even more ridiculous considering a stock tune & injectors on a mustang dyno. Also, combine that with his exhaust flow #s, hp/tq estimates, spelling/grammar, etc, etc….I figured it had to be a joke.

Don't feel bad, anytime anyone posts anything about making good power cheaply the people that paid others to make their cars fast get all jealous and start hating on them. My car is about identical to yours other than the tranny and I would never doubt those #'s cause thats about what I am seeing here. Mine's fake too, everyone knows you have to pay 5K$ to go over 400 HP. I think there are only like 2-3 big name cam/head combos that will do it too. Nevermind that one of them does it by porting stock castings just like you did and using a cam that isn't too far off from a cc503. Maybe you should sell that flowbench you just got and use the proceeds to get a couple thousand dollar set of heads, then send em out to get worked, then get a high dollar "custom" cam.

On a more serious note, what kind of work did you do to the intake?

LOL hahaha Thank you LEARJET!!!LOL well said on the intake i did what everyone on here would call a level 3 le port job!!! but what i did diff. is after porting the intake i (polished it) for max. aif flow, except for where fuel runs i left alittle texture (because fuel runs faster with texture) and i also removed some material from the iac valve port(because it sticks out about a 1/4 of an inch in front of the throttle bores. but again like you said i prolly should have sent mine out to get less work done, and prolly have less benifits. This thread is awesome....We all have been blessed with another self-proclaimed miracle head porter that can't spell or use grammar.

You sir are full of crap. If you are so keen with headwork/airflow why is it that you're running a flowmaster exhaust, that's like another 50hp to your already 420HP w/ the CC503. I bet you're cutting and pasting someone elses dyno right now. lol

This is pathetic...and I wash my hands of this insanity.
