Back from Ed Wright, dyno numbers inside.

First off let me say Ed and Jeaney(sp) Wright are some of THE nicest people you could ever meet. He worked VERY hard tuning my car. The car took a whipping on the dyno but held together. Thank you Mr Ed!!

Here is the sheet, numbers are SAE corrected through a 4L60E and a 9 inch rear and 325/50 drag radials.

Ed Wright told me this car is in the top 5 normally aspirated LT1's to ever be on his dyno, including uncapped race cars on race fuel. I was on 91 pumpgas and through a full Mufflex.

These numbers don't mean much to me, although they are a good "indicator" Mr Ed told me if the car hooks this is enough power to get into the 10's...which is what I wanted. The car drives GREAT!

nice numbers!!
If it is just a race car you need to ditch the a4 tranny and get a th400 with a trans brake
you will likely be killing a4`s pretty fast I would imagine

Nice numbers! Also, let us know what it runs at the track.

Would you mind giving a "ball-park" figure on the cost of the dyno pulls and tuning at Ed's? Ed is just a few miles down the road from me here in Oklahoma, but I haven't used his services yet.

I hope so Chris, I am not so worried about the dyno numbers, I want it to run 10.90's@ 3700lbs. Gonna be close.

26 pulls, we had some brain damage on the dyno. It was bad gas.

It took a whippin'
