Bad motor mounts...

Does anyone know how to change the motor mounts on a 95 Z28, I've looked in my chiltons manual but has nothing in there about the mounts. I climbed under the car today and for the life of me I can't see how you would get to the mounts.

Please help!!! Thanks, Corey

It is not a easy job. I think the passenger side is going to be a pain. I think the ac pump needs to be off along with the exhaust and starter. You may or may not have to remove the ac pump. I just did mine when I swaped my motor with the motor out; it was easy for me.

First, you probably have to remove each side's center bolt, then lift the motor up as much as you can (2 or 3 inches). The rubber mount is on the block on one side, and on the k-member on the other side. Should be able to get to their mounting bolts.
