Bad rear main?????

Ok so here the problem...my 94 z28 has an apparent oil leak.. when i park my car i get little spots of oil all over my drive way starting at about 1/4 way back from engine to about just past mid car... i just replace intake manifold gaskets and oil sending switch....neither of those did it.. im thinking its the rear main seal, so i recently bought one (i want to buy a new oil pan and gasket also buty i plan on building my engine so i would like to know whats a good aftermarket pan to go with a high vol.. oil pump).. im hoping this stops it...i mean its not a bad leak just very little droplets thats annoying as fuzz! i know that replacing the rear main is a beach so i just wanna know what some symptoms of a rear main are and also any tips and tricks on replacing!

Could be rear main...could also be a lot of other things. I would recommend getting under the car and actually looking around for the oil drips. Might help to take a rag and clean anything suspicious looking, drive a few days, and look again. I feel your pain though...I have a few oil drips myself, and after spending plenty of time looking I've decided to just live with it.

you could check and see if there is more oil accumulating at the bell housing. it could also be the oil pan gasket though. but for an aftermarket pan i prefer moroso
