Re: banjo bolts
Honestly, you probably could build one with EZ fittings from a hardware store. I wouldn't use their hoses though. The only real problem with EZ fittings is the bends aren't nearly as tight or free flowing as a good aftermarket AN piece.

Re: banjo bolts
Did you have braided SS hoses made up to the correct length, with -AN fittings? -AN fittings don't require anything extra.
How do you plan to connect the line to the radiator fitting?

Re: banjo bolts
Hey Fred no braided hose,I used whatever was on summit,n I used a part of the other original water line to connect to radiator, like I cut a piece off,but now I have an issue, the passenger side head is dripping coolant still,n I don't wanna over tightened it,I already tightened to the limit

Re: banjo bolts
It's leaking where it inserts in the head the 1/4 npt fitting, but I gotta dOuble check bcuz the idiot mechanic way over did the motor oil,I got a oil leak behind the intake manifold n I wonder if I'm getting that confused with the antifreeze, the driver side head insert isn't leaking n the insert isn't all the way in the head

Re: banjo bolts
These motors are notorious for leaking oil back there because of the EGR valve cooking the gasket. If the mechanic used the goofy cork gasket that the manifold kit comes with instead of a simple bead of RTV then it's probably pushed out and causing your leak. The NPT fittings should not leak when inserted into the cylinder head.
