i went with the home made cutout. take a ratchet and a 15mm socket and undo the bolts that connect the cat to the intermediate pipe. swing the pipe over and bolt the right side of the I-pipe flange to the left side of the cat flange. im going to get a sound clip soon, i will post it for u guys.

i picked up the magnaflow from exhaustprosinc.com. i love the sound and the free flow of the system. they are big on not impeading the airflow stream so there is no baffeleing in the muffler. its straight through. plus the cat back was only like 260 bucks with shipping. they even opened the box for me and put the cat in to save me some money on shipping. i dont know how another exhaust can be better than straight through.
