best performance mods
i have a 1995 camaro z-28 lt1 with a brand new engine and i am trying to decide what to modify to give it a little extra jump. I really am satisfied with the power it has i just want to set it apart from the other stock z-28 without getting really radical. I would like some ideas of the easiest mods for a little extra power. It has the six speed manual tranny

3.90 or 4.10 gears first since they'll be a huge change in how the car feels driving around. Then catback and headers. Cai after that. Then i'd leave it alone rather than go internal engine mods unless you're more serious about speed. After that imo if you really wanna go fast go for a 9" rear and a good set of slicks and a clutch if you plan to really upgrade the engine.

install yourself
Are you going to install yourself or have someone do work... If install your self get headers hooker long tubes 1.6 rockers and a borla catback or loudmouth.... also get your throttle body at 52mm. Back in 2004 I dunoed 290 328torque withh hpp march pullies borlacatback and holley 52mm tb. after i out headears and tune 310 338 and now with 1.6 and new opti dont know yet

Long tube headers have seen 20whp gained. Cant go wrong with a cold air intake, and exhaust. Also some 4.10's if you want, but if you get the 4.10's your gonna need some lower control arms and drag radials if you want to hook up consistently. (or just master not spinning).
