Best place to put cut out??

ya, most aftermarket y-pipes for headers are two pipes right up until they go into the cat. Unless you get two cutouts on eact pipe. Save the trouble, if it only comes off at the track, fabricat an offroad pipe to put in place of the cat with the cut out in the pipe, then jsut unbolt the cat and put this pipe in place of it, you should have enough space to do this.

Um... Any LT set up is most likely illegal, since you will have to change the position of the cat in all cases, and in the 93 ~ 95 Case you would have to change the # of Cats, which is illegal too.
I would check the local laws in your area, but these seem to be the standard stuff I see people in Emissions testing areas dealing with.
Thank God I live in AR, and they don't do inspections
