Best Tune Up parts?

Camaro z28 a4, CAI, Flowmasters, and fan switch
Its about time for my tune up, i just need to know am i missing anything or is there anything u suggest i add? and keep in mind it has 180XXXmiles

Clean K&N filter

Oil filter - heard alot about napa but where to buy?
fuel filter - acdel
spark plugs - ngk 55 ir.. u know the ones
wires - msd 8.5

and should i buy some maf spray? never been sprayed if so what brand and is there a special way to do it?

I used MAF spray and I did notice a little bit more smoothness in my 110K engine. I'd do it.

also seafoam would be a good idea to do before you change your plugs, as apparently it sometimes can hurt your plugs. Also made my engine a slight bit smoother.

i would do o2 sensors too. Maybe a cat.

o2's ok and ive read alot of people using seafoam what does it do? how do i use? how much? where to buy?

At 180k i would do a cap and rotor too.

Not sure what all the mad faces are about. Cap and rotor should be replaced like every 75-100k.

Its a very easy job just to do the cap and rotor, and you can them for like $150

Well see my car is my DD and i really have no time to do the work myself and ture the cap and rotor is only 150 but im gonna be paying for labor buying all the parts to save high costs on BS, but now can u understand the mad faces

how many miles are on your water pump. If its a lot you might as well change that and while you are that far in, change the cap and rotor. If you dont and your water pump dumps on your opti youll be replacing the whole thing instead of just the cap/rotor.

For a tune up, all your missing is the cap and rotor, if you do not have time, or money, then dont do it I guess

you dont have to do every thing at once. One day do the paasanger side plugs and wires, another day do the other side and so on. Ifyou dont know how to do it just post in here. I could do all your talking about in under 2 hours.

You can do plugs and wires on an LT1 in 2 hours?!?!?!?! I wanna see that...
