Best way to check fuel pressure/pump

Well got it out today with the gauge, just cruising around it is about 37-38 psi, when I went WOT it jumped to 43 psi. Idles better and pulls much harder up top. I would like to dyno it again now to check the AF and see what kind of power was gained over the numbers in my sig. Racetronix kit is nice, just unplug factory wires out of the harnesses (except the purple wire for the level gauge) and plug up the new one.
