Big fuse problem with car help anybody?

Okay coming home again this happened about a month ago also I floored the car while in fifth to catch up to freind the ignition fuse blows underneath the hood i smelled a lot of gas, had spare fuses agin since it happened last time I just dont get it,its happened 2 I put another in car runs good mods are in signature. last time we tuned it was with old opti on and the a/f ratio was 13.0 at wot. now with new opti on im thinking im geetting a lot more spark and i have the 6al msd on it could that be my prob.. help anybody thanks.. it just blows my ignition fuse thats it car is not knocking or nothing...Oh I have also replaced opti and alternator same time. Ignition module is still original, how would i know if thats the problem because on an obd2 car which is coil which is msd and cps which i have programmed out, and ICM which is still original... thanks

Unless you have something else tapped onto the ignition fuse, the fuse powers the coil, ICM and crank position sensor. Wiring to any of those could be getting shorted to ground.

the guy at msd said I might be running to much current because I have pullies and 1100 watt amp system look at my sig web site there thanks...he told me to run a 15 amp fuse..

You neglected to mention the 1100 watt amp in your several emails to me. Have you tried the vehicle with the amp dis-connected?

What cicuit is the amp connected to?

I have 2 batteries car and rear they run off each other whats next disconnect the rear and see if it does look heres my car 4 yearsa ago same system here it is www.expertcaraudio.com/installs.cfm?Detail=37

Found the dam problem I have hooker long tubes anybody who knows about hookers on the passenger side they are close to 2 wires the abs and the fatter one with several wires well that one that i had wrapped up when they put the headers on burned thru. So now how do you repair that harness does it lead down to my o2s thats what I see so far thanks evryone ...thanks slopokrodrigez sorry about the several e-mails did the wiggle thing like you mentioned in your other posts found it....

These are the leads going down toward the starter. You will just have to splice out the damage. Might be easier if you disconnect them all an pull the harness up where you can work on it. See if you can figure out a better way to protect those wires.

Can i get a you welcon shoebox thanks my buddie works at the dealer he did it for 185 everything new and that was my prob with cps going off all the time..... all those wires were burnt, thanks again. People with hookers need to be careful about those wires...
