Big Problems, Need Help, Any Advice Appreciated

Ok first off my f-body is a 1996 Trans Am WS-6. I went out to eat with some friends last night and it was casually sprinkling. By the time we were ready to leave it was pouring rain, so we decided to wait it out. After about an hour I gave up and dashed for my car, started it up and gingerly took off as I didn’t want to lose traction and hit anything. Upon exiting the parking lot I hit this huge puddle that I did not even see due to the massive rain downfall and after the "Oh Crap" reaction it got from me my check engine light came on, but it did not just come on, it was flashing at me. The car was extremely hesitant to go anywhere, and felt like it was running on 4 cylinders instead of 8. I was initially like oh **** I got water in the intake, but I till have the stock ram air set up, so that couldn’t have happened. I drove it immediately to the closest place I knew I could safely park it and switched cars with my girlfriend so I could get home. She started it up this morning and says it sounds like crap and is hesitant when she revved it, so I assume it is having the same symptoms as last night. What could my problem be, and what should I do about it? If it is something I cannot fix myself the dealership is not open till Monday, is there anything I can do to make it so the 10 minute drive to them from where it rests will not mess anything more up? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Michael

Wow, I hope it really is that simple. If not what am I looking at spending to fix it all?
