blew my head gasket, time for rebuild.

first off the engine has 120k on it,i sprayed it and now its using tons of coolant.like a gallon every 20 miles.im not seeing any white smoke, and its not going into the oil or leaking on the ground, but its sure using alot of coolant.
i was thinking about just re ringing it and putting in new bearings and i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with doing this on a motor with this many miles.i know i will have to take it apart and check all the clearances, but have any of you been able to go with .001 oversizes with 120k on the motor?who makes file fit rings?and what head gaskets would you recomend for a 100hp dry shot?ive also got a set of steel heads and intake from a 96 impalla that im going to start porting and preping for the rebuild.

You need to have the cylinders checked out to see what shape they're in before deciding what size ring to use.
