Blew up my rear end. What are my options?

I blew the rear last night and I'm thinking 12 bolt is in the future. I haven't researched this much as I hadn't planned on needing one anytime soon. From the little I've seen I think I want to go with the Strange 12 bolt with the 3.90 gears. However, I noticed looking on some sites that the Moser looks to be a little bit cheaper. I also have a buddy who has been waiting on his Strange 12 bolt to ship now for several months. I don't really want to wait several months to get my car on the road again. Guess I'm just trying to figure out what I should get, and which direction I should go.

ive always heard wonderful things about the Moser 12 bolt.

you sure you want a gear set that radical for the street? you might have trouble locking up. I read that MTI recommends no more than 3.73s for M6 but the guys on this board will tell you you need > 4 ratio

I'd call one of the sponsors such as Combination and see what kind of deal they can cut you on a 12 bolt or a 9 inch. Moser offers both rearends in bolt in form.

I would go with a Moser. Many people here in Tx running that 12 bolt with GOOD results. Very stout item from what they say.

My Moser has about 15,000 miles and 700 strip passes. No problems so far.

I've heard only good things about the Moser, but the 3.90 gear ratio Strange offers is very appealing. I don't want a 4.10 since I'll be spraying, but I'd like something a bit steeper than a 3.73. Guess it time to make some calls, plus I still need to pull the cover on the rear and see what I actually did break.

I ordered my strange about 3-4 weeks ago from tbyrne, and it came in this week.

I ordered it with the 3.73's and super strength posi and alum cover support, so it was pretty pricey but it came in about a month. Maybe I was lucky as far as the ship time but I got the strange because it's more of a "bolt in" and doesn't require modifications.
