Unhappy Blown head gasket fixed now car misfires? Related?

As the topic states....
.. what does a car do when you lose compression? I have 145k on my motor.
I dont know if my wires are fried or if this is a bigger problem. But I just cant get it to stop misfiring. Ive changed plugs, regapped them and everything. New coil, fuel filter, opti, wires and plugs.
Could this have something to do with the blown head gasket? How to fix? How much money?

you may want to check your compression per each clinder. The misfire, I wooulf check plugs and wires....not likey to get misfire from a headgasket issue that was fixed. That would most likey be ignition related.
