BMR K-member and SLP Headers?

Just ordered the SLP 1-3/4" single cat headers for my 95Z and I'm interested in the BMR k-member as well. I know BMR's site says the AS&M's won't fit, but there's no mention of the SLP's and I didn't find anything definitive doing a search.

Has anyone experienced problems running that combo?

SLP will not fit on the driver side of the BMR K-member. THe header hits the driver side engine mount bracket. . I had to sell mine and get some long tubes..

Do the headers first. Its very important for heads and cam car, especially a 383. You would also benifit big time going with longtubes over shorties.

I paid $514 shipped for my Jet-Hot Coated Long Tubes. Thats a hell of a deal if you ask me. Concidering the performance gains I have seen on my bolt on car. I purchased them through http://www.mascperformance.com They had a good price, and great customer service. I recommend them to almost any LT1 owner I know lol.

Good Luck,
Mike

Thanks for the info...the car is lowered, and I'm in CA, so longtubes are out of the question.

Bummer, I wonder if BMR can/will modify the k-members for this application. I'll have to give them a call...thanks again.
