They both have credibility, 'actual' power numbers are what you have right at the moment, right then and there. Corrected are based off a specific altitude, air density, temperature, etc.

Ok i get it. Its like if i were to take my car to a differant place, say somewhere with alot higher altitude and a high humidity at the time and put my car on the dyno. I get actual numbers from that location and say i get some corrected number that closly match the location where I LIVE. Would u say that when i returned home I would be safe to use the corrected numbers? Is that right?

No, you get a corrected number to the SAE standard, that way all SAE numbers are more or less comparable. Actual HP can be higher or lower then SAE number
