Hello . The Borla exhaust systems flange that connects the int. pipe to the cat has rotted away.It looks liek I won;t be eligigable for the warranty, so my question is where can I find a replacement of a flange to reconnect that is 3.25" ?

Try Borla. Then look at Summit and Jegs. You may have to call their tech lines, as you would not believe all the items they have or have access to.
