Bottomed out, leaking fluid

So I bottomed out in a dip driving to work today. Shortly after while driving on the highway, I noticed that my car was running a little hot. It was just above 225. When I got to work though, I noticed a small puddle under the very front of my car. Still at work, and not able to check it out, but what do you think it is? Oil pan or something?

Truthfully, it really didn't even hit that hard. Just heard a metal scrape noise when it happened.

Verify what the fluid is and we can help you.

Ok, still at work for 12 more hours. Pulling a double tonight. But I tried to get a sample on a paper towl from the ground, and I'm pretty sure it's tranny fluid. It does have some red in color which would lead me to believe that. Is there something at the very front like a pan or something? I'm wondering if it could be my tranny cooler leaking as well. Made hit that bump and poked a hole in it. Let me know what you guys think? What ever it is, I don't think it's a big hole or anything, just now slowing leaking. It's still leaking. Hopefully I can just drive it back home in the moring after checking the fluids and topping them off, then go from there.

Again though, it's leaking at the very front of the car. Almost near the front bumper cover. Would an overheated tranny cause the temp gauge to increase a little also? Again with the location, I'm thinking it's the tranny cooler which is in there with the rad.

I know this is a stupid question but was your a/c on. Could be something as simple as the condenser leaking a bit....all cars do it. Maybe you scraped the air dam and were just paranoid, so when you saw it leaking you got worried?

Could be Dexcool, too (since you have a 1997). It has a red-ish color.
