Broken Manifold Bolt!! Uggghhh!

So, I was cleaning my engine bay with a rag and my favorite GP cleaner "LA's Awesome" (from the Dollar Store- it's THEEE best all purpose cleaner I have ever used and it's A BUCK!!) Anyways, I noticed the front drivers side manifold bolt was sticking out a bit. I touched it and it fell down into the engine bay. I am planning on doing headers in about six months. So my question is, is there a temporary fix to seal the manifold? Like maybe JB Weld?? I

Don't use jb weld. You will have to remove the manifold and try to extract the bolt.

Sell the car and get a bicycle. Please for all of our sakes.

To everyone else- thank you for your replies. I don't hear any noise coming from it, but I was just curious. It's not effecting performance at all and may not even be leaking... Stuff like that just eats at me. Oh well, it's just a good reason to do the headers sooner!! Thanks again!

He was referring to the fact that you opened two posts with the same problem, that makes people waste there time reading through something that you have allready been helped with, just post it once and wait for the help to come. You gotta be patient with these boards and wait. When you double post it takes an opportunity for someone else to get help.

Ok, well sorry for the confusion, but they are 2 seperate issues. The ticking noise upon cold start up is coming from the EGR pipe off the back of the intake. The question about sealing the manifold because of the broken bolt was because I was curious if there was something I could do besides headers to prevent further damage. There is no leak at the manifold, we checked today. The bolt broke "perfectly"... Still about two threads holding the manifold. But thanks for the info, I'll be sure to never "double post". And thanks again to everyone else who replied.
