You have something draining the battery when the engine is off. My first guess is you have one of those big thumping amps. They do it everytime. If that's not it, remove one of the battery cables and put an amp meter in line with the battery and the cable you removed. There should be near 0 current draw. You will see in your case, some current draw. Now while you watch the meter, remove fuses one at a time until you find which circuit is responsible.
Also look over all the battery cables for spots rubbing the frame and be sure your battery is bolted down correctly.

I was going to say, a stereo can do it in a heartbeat, especially if they are not turning off completely, they're still drawing power.
I'm running a 200A power relay inline in my main power lead to my amps, completely disconnects the amps from the battery with the flick of a switch. It's saved my battery from dieing, I've left it on, and my battery WILL die in about a week.

The stupid little light in the center console would drain my Optima in under 3 days if I didn't drive my car. The switch popped out of the holder, so the console lid being closed wouldn't turn the light off.
