CAI in front of the radiator
I slightly modified my car and got rid of the A/C condeser in front of the rediator and pulled the radiator back slightly took a 3 inch reubber coupler fromthe tb tot he maf and ran a 3 in rubber 90 deg elbow down in front of the radiator and put my cone k&n filter on that. Seen improvements on the cars pickup but what are the pros and cons of doing that. or does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve on that design??

Re: CAI in front of the radiator
There's another member here that used the C5's intake and modified it to pull air pretty much from where you describe. I haven't heard of, or can think of any problems other than picking up radiator heat.
Is there anyway for you to get some pics up?

Re: CAI in front of the radiator
that sounds interesting, I'd like to see some pics also.
I remember reading about the universal griffin radiator that had to be pulled a couple of inches forward to get them to fit. I wonder if this would allow more clearance for this mod? Or would the added height and width negate that?
