calling everyone with CRANE HI6-STR and TRC2 box
Does ur box act up all wierd too if u disconnect the TRC from it !?
mine pulls out a wad of timing with the TRC disconnected .. or even when its connected and there is no power to it !
does the Crane box require the TRC box be present and had constant power to it at all times to act normal !?
also how accurate is the timing retard on these things ... anyone have and complaints !? any regrets ?!

I'm running the Crane ignition with the timing retard control box. I'll have to check on my model numbers but I think mine is the older model. I have had no issues with mine and to my knowledge, you can use the ignition box without the timing box and it should be fine.
