Cam surge and high IAC counts
My car has horrible cam surge, especially when cold. The IAC counts are between 72 and 80 at idle. Are these two things related? How can I cut down on cam surge? I am also trying to find an idle problem when warm. Could these two problems be related?

What "idle problem" are you "trying to find"?
Huge overlap causes erratic idle. The PCM must be finding it necessary to open the IAC motor that far to keep the engine at the programmed idle speed. Have you checked the long term fuel corrections, to see if you have a huge "split" at idle and low RPM?

I sent you a PM a short time ago concerning some datalogs. I am still trying to figure out what is causing my idle to go crazy when it is warm. It will almost die. I have replaced every sensor except the MAS and found no vacuum leaks. I cleaned the MAS. I have been looking on this site and I found several posts on drilling for the IAC to get more air. I have been told my IAC counts are too high, my MAP readings are too high, etc. I am trying to sort through my sensors and wiring to find the culprit.
