Camshaft imperfections?

Camshaft imperfections?
I just got my new cam from Jegs and the front and rear lobes has some little pitting and a little galing not much at all but you can see it and feel it should I send it back or try to buff it out?

"Buffing out" a camshaft isn't advisable. If you're unhappy with the way it looks I suggest contacting them about it. "Galling" or even the appearance of such imperfections would be enough to reject it. It's hard enough to keep camshafts alive as it is. Starting with one foot in the trash can is a recipe for problems.
