Can a Blown Head Gasket hurt your O2 Sensors?

I replace both O2 sensors and then had a blown head gasket afterwards. With all that water leaking by, could it have donw damage to my O2 sensors ?

Yes, definately. When I bought my car, it had a blown head gasket. The O2 sensors had been replaced within 3 months before it happened but they were both ruined. I don't know how the one on the sided that didn't blow got ruined.

On my brother lightning. When he blew one. JDM told him that the coolant plays havoc on them. I would replace them to just be sure.
