Car has issues......

Well I just got my car on a dyno today with a tech II at LGmotorsports....Awesome place by the way....Well since i have got the car going again with the new cam and new stuff the car has been driving funny and i just thought that it might have been the 8 month old gas that is in it....well i ran all of that gas out and i added some fuel injector cleaner, octane booster and all of the good stuff....well it didn't get any better when the tank was run out and i just thought hell with it lets take it and find out.....Driving through dallas with a car that doesn't idle is a real pitta but made it to LG and put it on the dyno....well it made 340 with the hotcam and since then i have added #30 injectors, Aeromotive AFPR, XE 236/242, 52mm TB, port the heads some more, 4.10 gears, all comp cam valve train, and had the short block rebuilt......I sent the computer to PCMForless to get the tuning done while the car was down and thought that it would be good to go as soon as i get it back together...Well it made 264.3 whp/ 273.6 wtq the first pull.....lines are jagged all the way up....air/fuel read 13.5 on the small end and up to 15.9 on the big end.....checked the AFPR...the bolt hold it down was backed all the way out and it didn't have any psi.....couldn't check it either...they didn't have a gauge...tuned it up a bit and tried it again....mad 265.0 whp/ 318.5 wtq the chart looked like it was going to be good until about 3500 rpm's.....then it dropped 50 lbs. torque and 50 whp....guess timing is the issue....he checked it on the tech II and it read something like 41* advance timing...Is it suppose to be that high? had like 1096 knock counts.....and made another pass also but didn't vary from the other pulls......I think that I'm just going to go to some where and get it dyno tuned because i'm tied of messing with the computer through the mail.....I guess that they force the computer into open loop with pcmforless tuning also because my MAF was reading 0 also....like it wasn't plugged up...so we changed out the MAF and it still read 0.....guess that is in the tuning also....Anyone have any comments on this? Let me know what you guys think?
