Car is idleing funny, any ideas?

Well tonight I noticed that as I came up to lights, the cars rpms' would drop to around 500, and then it would like jump back up to 650 or whatever. It was bad enough to where you could feel it, it wouldnt die, but the rpms were too low.

My guesses are either a fouled out plug (but runs pretty good if thats it), or maybe and idle sensor. Not sure where this is on a LT1, I know that there is a IAC on 5.0's that control this, but not sure about these cars.

Thanks,
James

BTW- its a 95, 98,000miles, 4L60E

The IAC housing is connected to the bottom of the throttle body.

Do these sound like common signs of a faulty IAC on a LT1?

Could be...I think some people try to clean them w/ brake cleaner when it is sticking. I just replaced mine while doing some other things so I can't speak on exactly what a bad IAC would cause, sorry. Others with actual knowledge on this can help you more.
