Test the coil before you buy one. There also is an ICM cooling mod that can be done. Both of those things are located on shoebox's website.

funny that i now have a similar problem.. but i think it is plugs and wires just showing itself a lot worse once closed loop engages and the computer tries to hypercompensate.. (in my case)

how can i check the coil??


Also what are some ways that i can check and see if the 02's are getting the right Volt.

As for the O2's, I don't know if you mean checking what voltage they have in operation or what voltage the source has. The source has 5V. The O2 in operation will range from <.100V to <1V. They bounce around quite a bit trying to keep the car at an a/f of 14.7. If you put a scanner on them and they read .452V all of the time, then they are bad.
