Car runs rough when cold
I get a slight vibration for the first 3-4 minutes i start the car. This is when the engine is cold. It is like the kind that would cause the dash to rattle. This has happened for a week now and it goes away once it warms up.

1001 things could be possible. Could be a plug that 's not firing right after the cylinder warms up it works fine. Year & 1/2 ago I had an intake gasket leak on my Vortec and it would sound like a diesel and run rough until it got warm and the leak would seal up. In this case there was a very slow loss of coolant.
What do your sensors read during the problem?
Does it run bad on a hot restart?
Does it run bad until it goes into closed loop?
Do you still have a blower? Doesn't it have a cotton filter? Could it be over oiled?
Too many questions

Runs fine after restarting it warm. The car goes into closed loop after 4-5 minutes and it runs fine before it gets there. The filter came factory oiled so it is fine. My sensors show no signs of a problem.
