OK, here's the deal. I was leaving for work this morning, car fires up and drives fine for about 1/2 a block, then suddenly shuts down. No power to anything! No radio, windows, locks, lights, nothing.... I have a new battery and I've checked the connections repeatedly. Tons of things come to mind but I figured I'd give everyone else a shot at this. I haven't checked the VATS system yet but I believe that only affects the starting, nothing else? Haven't crawled under the car to see if maybe there is a loose connection to the starter or a ground wire. My car hasn't had a problem since about 97. I did an alarm installation about 2 months ago and experienced a slight power problem but it went away.

My main thoughts right now are a loose ground, PCM or the ignition lock. Any other ideas? Any thoughts appreciated....
