Any truth to the rumor that Cats are federally warrantied for 10yrs/100,000miles?

I had mine replaced 6 months ago... 7 or 8 years and 130,000 KM's here in canada

I think OBDII's are 80,000 miles. I'm not sure what the time limit is.

Thanks, I just called the dealer(open till midnight) and they ran my vin and said 80000 miles for mine, Nov of '04

yeah obd2 warranty is 80,000 obd1 is 50,000.
